Ordered dark brown, but it showed up looking red. Not what I expected

I’ve been waiting for a reply from customer service and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, if this is the kind of support I can expect, I may have to take my business somewhere else.

The packaging was actually good overall, the box showed up neat and safe. But somehow, like always with my luck, one corner was a little bumped. Nothing major, just the kind of thing that makes you feel like your package had to be the one to get knocked around...

My first impression wasn’t great. It works fine enough, but right away it felt kind of underwhelming for how much it costs. I was expecting something a lot better for the price, and it just didn’t really feel like good value to me.

I tried this before heading to work it looked decent while I was still indoors. But once I started sweating a little, it got patchy really fast. Then some light rain made it even worse and it started running down onto my forehead. Compared to other products people seem to use outside without issues, this one just didn’t hold up for me. I wouldn’t trust it for a day out, especially if there’s heat or rain involved...

I really wanted this to be easier than it was, but the application process was frustrating. The instructions made it look straightforward, but once I actually started, it got messy and took way longer than I expected.

The results were okay in the end, but not enough to make the hassle feel worth it. I also had to chase them when I raised a complaint, which just added to the annoyance. Maybe it works better for people who are used to this kind of thing, but it didn’t feel very beginner friendly to me

When I reached out, the response made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should’ve just known to wait. Not a great first order experience.

By the end of the day, it was basically like I hadn’t used anything at all, and I kept having to fix it. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again because it just didn’t do what I needed

I gave this a fair try, but i barely noticed any real difference. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it felt like the results were made to sound a lot more impressive than they actually were.

I ordered from thickenups.com, but once I started looking at the ingredient list, I didn’t feel great about using it. A few things weren’t very clear to me, and I found myself jumping around trying to figure out what everything was, like checking labels, Googling ingredient names, comparing it to other supplements, reading random explanations, and basically doing way more homework than I expected just to understand what I’d be putting in my body.

Maybe it’s totally fine for some people, and maybe others won’t care as much, but ingredient safety is a big deal to me. If I’m taking something regularly, whether it’s a vitamin, a protein powder, a hair supplement, or even something simple like a drink mix, I want to feel confident about it. I didn’t get that feeling here, so I’m not going to use it.
